This is a major project for content creator Julie Ferrat. Followed by a large community on Instagram and TikTok for her meal ideas, fitness lifestyle, and humor, Julie is making the leap into publishing with "Eat Girl: 60 Recipes to Make Peace with Your Plate", to be published by Hachette Pratique.

Cooking to heal: a heartfelt testimony

More than just a collection of delicious recipes, this 208-page large-format book is presented by Julie as an intimate and personal project. In it, Julie Ferrat shares her own journey with eating disorders and her path to recovery, rediscovering the joy of eating without guilt.

"This book was born from a deep need for meaning, a desire to reconnect with cooking, with myself, and with that sense of kindness we sometimes forget to show ourselves."

For Julie, cooking gradually stopped being a source of anxiety and became what it should have always been: a refuge, a way to show affection for loved ones, and a means of sharing.

On the menu: over 60 healthy, simple, and delicious recipes.

Staying true to the content she shares daily with her followers, Julie Ferrat offers in Eat Girl more than 60 recipes that are easy to recreate at home. The goal is to highlight modern, colorful, and comforting dishes that prioritize pleasure and simplicity.

Eat Girl will be available for purchase starting September 30, 2026, and is already available for pre-order at the price of €24.96!
