The platform

What is WOÔ Analytics?
WOÔ Analytics is a tool for creating assessment reports for influencer marketing campaigns.
Within a few minutes, you can retrieve all your content and track performance by social network and by influencer. This allows you to save time, analyse performance effectively and readjust your influence budget.
Which social networks do you support?
We currently collect content of influencers on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram (Stories included).
How do I create a report?
There are 2 options:
  • automatic: all you need to do is enter your campaign’s hashtag, start and end dates, as well as participating influencers. We will take care of collecting all the content produced by these influencers during these dates and which mention your hashtag.
  • manual: you can also directly enter your post URLs and we will retrieve the content as well as the statistics.
How does the report hashtag work?
This hashtag allows us to match content to your report. We are basically looking for this hashtag in the title and description of YouTube videos, in Instagram captions (not comments), and TikTok video captions. If the hashtag is not present, or if it is misspelled, the content cannot be identified. In this case, you can add it manually.
I'm trying to add an Instagram profile, but it doesn't work!
In order to retrieve an influencer’s content on Instagram, they must have a Creator or Business profile.
How do I add a YouTube profile?
On YouTube, you will need to enter the URL of the YouTube channel, not its name.
How do I get statistics in relation to the invested budget?
In the Influencers tab you can enter the negotiated budget for each content. By entering these budgets, we will be able to calculate:
  • for each influencer: cost per impression, cost per reach, cost per engagement
  • for the campaign: the invested budget for each social network.
You can enter as many devices as you want for each influencer, as well as the budget used for this device.
I launched a campaign, but I have not retrieved all the Instagram stories.
In order to retrieve stories, one of these conditions must be met:
  • The profile has already been registered on the platform
  • o The profile was added before the story was published
If a new profile was added after the story was published, we will never be able to retrieve it. In any case, the campaign hashtag must be present.
What date range do you support?
You can start your campaign from D -1 month and make it last for as long as you want in the future. Warning: if you started your campaign a month ago and an influencer who had never registered on the platform posted a story during that month, it cannot be retrieved.
When is the data updated?
When you add a profile to your report, we retrieve the latest available data. After that, data is updated every night.
I have finished setting up my report, but I am not getting anything back!
YouTube, Instagram and TikTok regularly change their platform. These changes may cause glitches within our content recovery services. We will try to keep you informed as quickly as possible of these service interruptions while our teams intervene.

Payment & Subscription

Can I use Analytics for free?
Yes! Analytics comes with a 14-day trial period, allowing you to try out the platform and see if it is right for you. After these 14 days, you will need to purchase a subscription to continue using Analytics.
How does the Analytics offer work?
With Analytics, everything is unlimited! You can therefore create as many reports as you want and add an unlimited number of influencers on each campaign.
Can we pay annually?
Soon! At the moment, we only support monthly payments, but you will soon be able to subscribe to Analytics for a year, and thus benefit from a 15% discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards. Payment is fully secure and managed by Stripe.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes! You can download your invoices directly from your account.
